Parking in Bar Harbor

Our different tours meet at various locations:

  • Daily Tour Acadia excursions meet at Acadia Outfitters, located at 106 Cottage Street in Bar Harbor.

  • Kayaking tours depart from Coastal Kayaking Tours at 48 Cottage Street in Bar Harbor.

  • Bike tours leave from Acadia National Park’s Hulls Cove Visitor Center at 25 Visitor Center Drive in Bar Harbor. We meet our groups at the far right corner of the parking lot. As long as you have an Acadia National Park vehicle pass, parking at the Visitor Center is free!

While our Cottage Street locations do not have parking available, there are several options in the town of Bar Harbor. Here’s some information you can use:

In the downtown area, most street have individual meters or kiosks, where you must buy a pass and leave it on your dashboard. As for pricing, some spots are $2 per hour; others are $4. Municipal parking lots have kiosks, and rates there also vary from $2 to $4 per hour.

If you decide to drive, make sure to give yourself plenty of time to park!
